I was browsing on the Payless site and I found Christian Siriano's new collection. They are a bit McQueen-ish. I think that's why "I heart" them!
Whose design is better?

siriano's came first, so if anything the mcqueen ones are siriano-ish! haha
LOL. But Siriano did intern/study with McQueen prior to his Project Runway debut. I think if you compare Siriano's work to McQueen he was obviously influenced by his mentor.
all i'm saying is ciriano got a lot of shit for people saying he copied mcqueen's shoes, but how can you copy something that happens after you do your thing? they couldn't have even "influenced" them bc they came first, if he worked at mcqueen beforehand or not?
I love both Alexander McQueen as the ultimate revel boy and Siriano with it young and versatile spirit, but yes let's not forget that Siriano was inspired by McQueen and ultimately his apprentice. I believe we will see more of McQueen greatest work through Siriano.
