The Good, The Bad, and The Fashionable @ The BET Awards 2010

Material Girl Collection {Exclusively @ Macy's}

Just in case you thought the 80's trend had passed, Madonna and her daughter, Lourdes, are giving you a bit of Material Girl.

Material Girl debuts this August and will include clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories. It will be sold exclusively at Macy's and will retail from $12 to $40. Perfect for the young, fab, and broke. LOL.

The new collection features tons of layers and mixes soft and hard looks- like a tutu dress with studded combat boots, a boyfriend sweatshirt with a floral mini skirt and a floral cocktail dress and sneakers.

To top all of this uber fabness off - one lucky fashionista and her three friends, will win a trip to New York to meet Madonna in September.

My Fav BET Performances (in case you missed them!)

Take a peak at some of my favorite performances at the 2010 BET Awards >>

GO TEAM BREEZY! Even though you bubble-snot cried at the end (I think that was merely good PR) ... I heart you!

For soooooo many obvious reason - I heart Diddy! I can bypass your extraness because your swag is always turned up. Our birthdays are THE same day -11/4, so how could I not heart you. KING of branding! Take notes people!

Monica took us back with an old favorite and peep her hair cut - reminiscent of "Just One of Those Days". Although those shoulders were a bit much for BET, I still applaud you!! Next time save those looks for Fashion Week.

This one isn't my favorite but I still love Prince for all he has done for music!

Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2010-11 Ad Campaign

Louis Vuitton's new Fall/Winter 2010-11 ad campaign brings back timeless beauty AND three decades of supermodels - Christy Turlington, Karen Elson and Natalia Vodianova.

From the hair, to the makeup, and most certainly those dresses this campaign screams vintage. What an elegant way to bridge the old and the new. You almost forget we're looking at the bags, huh?

“The strength of Louis Vuitton is its almost magical ability to reinvent itself every season,” says Artistic Director Marc Jacobs. “Last season was all about the idea of the New Age traveler. This season was a manifesto for beautiful, ladylike clothes. Two different collections, two different campaigns, but one Louis Vuitton.”

I think Louis Vuttion may be setting a new trend with those uber girlie dresses! I think I want one - how about you?

#TweetNMeet

Hey Bellas,

I have a confession - I am a TweetAHolic!! A professional tweeter if you will. I spend half my day on my phone ... tweeting.

The sad part is - I am chatting with folks I don't know or barely know. Most of the people on my "timeline" are people that I have never met. Now for me that's an issue.

So being the Socialite that I am I teamed up with Events 4 Good People for Baltimore's 1st #TweetNMeet.

Instructions are simple! Come, Meet, Tweet, or Tweet and Meet. However you wish to do it. Be sure to use the event's hashtag #TweetNMeet. We will have some special treats for you!

The best part about it is - the event is FREE. So come out and meet me and a few of my favorite uber fab tweethearts for a night of good eats, drinks, and fun!

Tweet me when you get there @OhMyTy

This is a "Hey Bella" approved event!

{A bird bites my nipple for Fashion?} >> Tom Ford’s FW 2010/2011 Eyewear Campaign

I am all for pushing the fashion envelope but a bird biting my nipple is where I draw the line.

Freja Beha Erichsen is the brave model who sat through this shoot. I am sure the check she received afterwards maybe makes up for the pain - I imagine.

Making The Cover - July 2010

Gone are the days of the Supermodel.

I can confidently say that the advertisement world killed them all!

This post I decided to gather up my fav mag covers for July 2010. I noticed the lack of models and replacement of celebs.

Lucky for Kate Moss I think she is "the last of a dying breed." Tyra Banks recently said that your chance of becoming a model was as great as getting struck by lightning, and I agree.

With brands looking to become these mega brands, how could you sell your product with the face of a model? They barely exist. And you wonder why we are all obsessed with celebrities - they are everywhere.

Take a look at all the covers I loved for the month of July (all Hey Bella approved). I searched for models ... I couldn't find them??

Kelly Rowland on South Africa Cosmo (I didn't even know Cosmo had international editons)

Jada "nude" on Essence

Cameron Diaz on InStyle

M.I.A. on Complex

Nicki Minaj on Vibe

Jessica Biel on GLAMOUR

Nelly Furtado on FLARE

Shakira on Cosmo

Nicole Scherzinger on MAXIM

Taylor Swift on Marie Claire
